  • Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges 💰

  • Free delivery is available for orders above PKR 3000.
  • For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied.
  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the courier service available in your city.

5. Order Tracking 🔍

  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided after shipping.
  • Please contact our support if there are any issues with tracking or delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Items ⚠️

  • If your order is damaged or lost during delivery, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

1. ڈیلیوری کے علاقے 🌍

  • ہم فی الحال پاکستان کے تمام بڑے شہروں میں ڈیلیوری کرتے ہیں۔
  • دور دراز علاقوں میں ڈیلیوری کے اوقات تھوڑے زیادہ ہو سکتے ہیں۔

2. پروسیسنگ کا وقت ⏳

  • ادائیگی کی تصدیق کے بعد آرڈر 1-2 کاروباری دنوں میں پروسیس کیا جاتا ہے۔
  • آرڈر شپ ہونے پر آپ کو تصدیقی ای میل یا میسج موصول ہوگا۔

3. ڈیلیوری کا وقت 🕒

  • اسٹینڈرڈ ڈیلیوری عام طور پر 2-5 کاروباری دن میں پہنچ جاتی ہے، مقام کے حساب سے۔
  • ڈیلیوری کے اوقات تخمینی ہیں اور کورئیر کی تاخیر کی وجہ سے بدل سکتے ہیں۔

4. شپنگ چارجز 💰

  • آرڈرز PKR 3000 سے زیادہ پر مفت ڈیلیوری دستیاب ہے۔
  • کم قیمت آرڈرز پر شپنگ فیس لاگو ہوگی۔
  • شپنگ چارجز آپ کے شہر میں دستیاب کورئیر سروس کے حساب سے مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں۔

5. آرڈر ٹریکنگ 🔍

  • آپ اپنے آرڈر کو شپنگ کے بعد دیے گئے ٹریکنگ نمبر کے ذریعے ٹریک کر سکتے ہیں۔
  • ٹریکنگ یا ڈیلیوری میں مسئلہ ہونے پر براہ کرم سپورٹ سے رابطہ کریں۔

6. خراب یا گم شدہ اشیاء ⚠️

  • اگر آپ کا آرڈر ڈیلیوری کے دوران خراب یا گم ہو جائے، تو فوری طور پر تصاویر کے ساتھ ہم سے رابطہ کریں۔
  • ہم جلد از جلد مسئلہ حل کرنے کی پوری کوشش کریں گے۔
